● Mail from residence found discarded in area & returned to homeowner
● Unknown whether other mail items were stolen

● Theft of mail discovered by resident during review of residential surveillance images after vacation
Theft of Bicycle - Taylor Way / Marine Dr Area
● Mountain bike secured to retail area bike rack stolen after lock cut.
Theft - Copper Cove Area
● Two kayaks unsecured on beach area adjacent to waterfront residence stolen

● Theft of BC Licence Plate from vehicle

● Forced entry to rear trunk of vehicle. Sports equipment, personal electronics, personal ID & bank cards stolen

FRAUD
Fraud - Folkestone Area
● Resident responded to text message claiming to be from Canada Revenue Agency demanding payment of tax ● Payment transfer initiated, but confirmation of fraud determined & relayed to bank in time to prevent loss
Fraud - Westmount Area
● Resident responded to online advertisement & forwarded deposit for purchase of high end home coffee machine.
● Victim arrived at address provided by suspect to find the home had no association to fraudulent on-line ad.
