● Suspects tampered with garage door control wiring to enter garage

● Two vehicles rummaged through before entry made to storage room

● Multiple lockers rummaged through. Details on stolen items pending

● As officers arrived, resident from safe location reports male seen departing eastbound

● Officers located & arrested suspect.

● Suspected stolen property from this & other offences recovered
