● Resident discovered sleeping bags & other equipment from unauthorized person staying at cabin

● Suspects forced entry through upper floor patio door on residential construction site during overnight hours

● Electric fireplace & accessories stolen from primary bedroom

● Tools, plumbing equipment and supplies stolen from unsecured residential construction site

● Call received from suspect falsely claiming to be bank staff seeking confirmation of a text code to update account passwords

● Unfortunately account information was provided. Funds transferred then withdrawn
