● Suspect entered site through unsecured fencing then stole numerous handheld tools & supplies

● Vehicle left in driveway of residence with keys inside stolen

● Suspect driving away was identified via security video
● Subsequently identified & detained by officers checking vehicle for an unrelated matter in Vancouver.
